What is Stress?
Simply stated, stress is a feeling of being disturbed, disturbed, or threatened by subjective arising from a disturbance from one’s environment. All forms of disorders that (potentially) cause stress are called stressors, such as:
- The animal we fear suddenly appears in a room

- Scary scenes in horror films
- Cut queue

Basically stress is anything that can make us feel disturbed.
