What is Stress?
Simply stated, stress is a feeling of being disturbed, disturbed, or threatened by subjective arising from a disturbance from one’s environment. All forms of disorders that (potentially) cause stress are called stressors, such as:

Basically stress is anything that can make us feel disturbed.
Ranging from trivial things like the noise of neighbors to big problems that have the potential to ruin a person’s life.

As mentioned earlier, stress is a SUBJECTIVE reaction.
There is direct stress to see a messy room. There is only Santa.
Some are nervous when they have to appear in front of many people.
Some even shine under the spotlight.
There are those who can handle the pressure during the exam. Some even failed to perform at all during the exam.
Why do people react to stress differently?
Wow, many factors affect people’s capacity to respond to stress.
It is easy to think that this capacity is much influenced by environmental factors.
But when we know that stress is the body’s biological response, biological factors also play a role in influencing a person’s capacity to react to stress, ranging from gender, age, educational background, environment, lifestyle, and others.
